After getting three other quotes, Skyway came in at a very reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. As an electrician with over 30 years of experience—and having flipped a few houses myself, handling everything from the roof down to the floors and obviously the electrical—I have a good sense of what a fair price looks like. Some of the other roofing contractors I spoke with were way out of line, but Skyway’s estimate made sense.

My project wasn’t small: a long ranch roof with five skylights, a chimney that needed repair, and a front fascia and gutter that had to be replaced. Skyway’s crew completed everything in just one 10-hour day—quite the task! When you tear off a roof, the mess can be overwhelming, that's on the ground, but they took all the right precautions. They protected the sides of the house from falling shingles, covered the shrubs, and did a meticulous cleanup afterward, even using a magnetic roller to pick up stray nails.

The office staff was also excellent—friendly, courteous, and quick to return calls whenever I had questions or concerns.

Overall, Skyway delivered quality work at a fair price, with great attention to detail from start to finish. I would recommend them any day. Much appreciated!
